Pinot’s Palette Town Square opens April 7, offering an upscale paint and sip experience. It joins two other Pinot’s Palette locations in the valley, including The District in Green Valley, and Boca Park, in Summerlin. During their grand opening, April 7-8, 100% of proceeds will go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
No matter which valley studio visited, painters can expect to sip and create in a studio equipped with spotlights on every canvas, and 75″ televisions to ensure a great view of the instructor from any seat in the studio. I received compensation in exchange for this conversation, however all opinions are my own. I participated in a class at the Boca Park location so I could share my experience with you.
Each studio offers a variety of wine, beer, and soft drinks. After grabbing an apron and finding my spot, I went with a glass of Riesling to enjoy during the class.
The Town Square location provides an intimate feel, with 48 seats. Additionally, the location offers a private party room that will accommodate 24 painters.
Between the three locations, Pinot’s Palette will offer over 100 different paintings a month from their 1400 painting library. The class I attended painted Monet’s Lily Pond…just look at those happy little trees!
Halfway through the class we took a break to allow our canvases to dry, in order to complete the remaining steps. (This was also a great opportunity to grab another glass of wine – make sure to paint and sip responsibly! They have some light snacks available for purchase, the reservation confirmation email suggests eating prior to class, or bringing outside food with you.)
At the end of the class, I finished with a painting I love! Deb, the instructor for our class, did a great job at making sure anyone left happy with their artwork, offering assistance to anyone who needed a little help. With the opening of this third studio, owners–husband and wife team Reed and Judy Alewel–will employee 26 people in the Las Vegas/Henderson area!
Thank you to Pinot’s Palette for allowing me to check out both their Boca Park, and new Town Square locations. As part of the Grand Opening weekend, they are offering $39 7pm classes on Friday April 7, and Saturday April 8. You can register for Friday’s Pinots in Paradise class here, or Saturday’s Wild Wine Night, here.
Remember, all proceeds from the Grand Opening celebration will go to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, and alleviates financial burden–no affected family will ever receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.
